Challenge
Most spa clients seek relief from issues such as back pain, fatigue, tension headaches, and low energy. However, these symptoms are often caused by underlying postural misalignment, asymmetrical movement patterns, or chronic stress — problems that usually go unnoticed during standard spa visits.
For spa businesses, the challenge is twofold:
- Treatments are often selected subjectively, without measurable diagnostics.
- There is limited ability to demonstrate tangible results, personalize services at scale, or build long-term client trust through data.
Solution
Kinexel introduces a digital diagnostic layer into the spa experience.
Using only a smartphone or tablet camera, the system guides a client through:
- A short posture photo capture
- Simple movement tasks
- A brief walking sequence (if space allows)
AI algorithms analyze posture, balance, gait, and optional stress indicators such as breathing rhythm and heart rate variability. The platform then generates a clear, easy-to-understand report for both the client and the specialist. Based on this report, spa staff can confidently recommend targeted treatments — from corrective massage and posture training to hydrotherapy, facial care, or relaxation programs.
The solution integrates seamlessly through a Diagnostics App for staff and an Admin Web Platform for business management.
