TASK
Woman Insight, a platform celebrated for its offline training and online educational courses, sought to elevate its offerings by creating an exclusive online membership network. The goal was to develop an advanced e-learning web platform and mobile applications capable of managing diverse content types, facilitating seamless user interactions, and integrating multiple third-party solutions for user management, analytics, and communication.
Solution
To address these challenges, we developed a comprehensive e-learning platform with integrated web and mobile applications. The platform featured advanced user behavior analytics, combining third-party tools with an internal log system built on the ClickHouse database. We integrated the platform with third-party customer management, support, and reporting tools like Zoho CRM and Zoho Analytics. Additionally, we incorporated a third-party email marketing automation solution, developed an online chat system to enhance communication between students and tutors, and implemented a real-time notification system inspired by the Facebook app. The solution also included a custom content management system (CMS) for both web and mobile platforms and supported diverse payment options, including Stripe, PayPal, Fondy, and wire transfers.
UI/UX Design
Our design team created a user-friendly and engaging interface for both web and mobile platforms, ensuring seamless navigation and easy access to content. The tutor dashboard was designed with clarity and functionality, offering educators detailed insights into student performance and assignment completion. The design also supported a variety of content types, including articles, videos, webinars, and offline events, ensuring a comprehensive and interactive user experience.
Web and Mobile development
The frontend was developed with a strong emphasis on responsiveness and user engagement. We optimized the design for various devices, ensuring a consistent experience across both web and mobile platforms. The frontend supported multiple content types and interactive features, such as comments, discussions, polls, quizzes, and daily tasks, which enhanced user interaction and community participation.
Backend Development
The backend development was engineered to handle the platform’s complex requirements, ensuring robust performance and scalability. We built a highly resilient infrastructure that supports real-time notifications, enabling the platform to manage high volumes of alerts and synchronize them across different devices. The custom-made user report system was designed to generate detailed statistical analyses, providing administrators with comprehensive insights into user behavior, content performance, and subscription metrics. This system was powered by a sophisticated data architecture capable of efficiently processing and querying large datasets. The content management modules were intricately designed to support multiple subscription models and a wide range of content types, with seamless integration into third-party payment processors and CRM systems. Additionally, we implemented a template system for bulk editing notifications, streamlining content updates for administrators. The backend’s complexity was further demonstrated by its seamless integration with third-party systems like Zoho CRM and Zoho Analytics, ensuring a consistent and efficient flow of data across the platform.
The result
The development of this e-learning platform led to significant outcomes for Woman Insight. The platform experienced a notable increase in user base, driven by the enhanced user experience and the wide range of available content and interactions. The custom CMS facilitated rapid onboarding for content managers and administrators, making it easier to manage and update content efficiently.
